Kirker Davis provides clerks with hands-on substantive experience from day one. You will play a role in more high-stakes litigation here than almost anywhere else because our clerks play a role in all aspects of litigation matters at the firm. But most importantly, while we work hard here at Kirker Davis, we value our team and its work-life balance more.
As a clerk at Kirker Davis, you will be involved in litigation in all its forms. You will get the chance to not only provide research and writing support, but you will be invited to take part in client meetings and trial prep. Clerks get the opportunity to work with all of the attorneys at the firm and will receive constructive feedback throughout. Kirker Davis is in trial often, so you will also likely get the chance to attend trial.
