Kody Silva was a great attorney, strategist, and ally, for me and my transgender son, whose needs he put foremost. The pre-mediation prep session was perfect for working out our goals, options, and worst-case positions, so I wasn't afraid on mediation day. He was wonderful company during the long waits, and he was quick to figure out new strategies when things turned against settlement. A warm and charming guy, he had great rapport with the mediator, who was chosen by the other side. He also worked hard to save me money during the whole process. I found Kirker Davis through Yelp, so I wanted to pay it back with a review. Thanks, Kody!
During my divorce I felt like it would be easier having an attorney handling my case and representing me during such an uncertain and difficult time. They made me feel cared for and well represented. My divorce began civil and ended being quite complicated. They promptly responded to all my questions and concerns and were very thorough with everything. I successfully completed my divorce and walked away with more than I thought. I appreciate them both a lot and all do their patience and hard work. I would definitely recommend them both as legal representation and Kirker Davis, LLP.
Kody Silva and his team were extremely supportive and responsive during my divorce. They went to great lengths to make the process go as smoothly as possible and help me make a very tight deadline. The efforts of him and his team are greatly appreciated. This is a team you can count on!
