About Megan E. Turner

Megan E. Turner is an associate attorney practicing family law, divorce, child custody and family matters in both Travis and Williamson counties. Preceding her licensure, Megan worked as a law clerk for Kirker | Davis, LLP.

Before joining the team at Kirker | Davis, LLP, Megan graduated from Baylor University School of Law.  During her time at Baylor, Megan served as Judicial Intern to Justice Nora Longoria of the Thirteenth Court of Appeals and gained valuable experience with legal research and drafting at the Appellate level. Through her participation in the Pro Bono and Public Service Program, Megan dedicated time to the Felony Intake Division at the McLennan County District Attorney’s Office in Waco, Texas. She also volunteered for the Veteran’s Clinic and for Adoption Day events. Megan participated in Baylor Law School’s Spring Moot Court Competition and earned a Top Ten Speaker Award. She also served as President of the Entertainment Law Society, and participated as an active member of the Baylor Chapter of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund.

Prior to attending law school, Megan graduated with honors from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Songwriting and minor in Music Business. During her time in Nashville, Megan gained valuable experience working in publishing and public relations.
