Bethany G. Copeland is an associate attorney practicing family law, complex divorce, and contested child custody litigation.
Bethany strives to reach amicable, creative resolutions for her clients but has successfully tried cases in Texas courts and is ready to take cases to trial when necessary.
Prior to joining Kirker Davis, Bethany represented clients in family law matters through the Domestic Violence Clinic and Advanced Children’s Rights Clinic. She also worked as a law clerk for the Travis County District Attorney’s Office and Hays County District Attorney’s Office, helping represent the Department of Family and Protective Services in Suits Affecting the Parent-Child Relationship. These positions reinforced her conviction to fight for her clients with compassion and advocate for what’s best for their families during what can be stressful or painful situations.
